Today Fargo-Moorhead off-duty law enforcement will be ringing bells at 19 kettle sites throughout the community as a part of the kettle campaign. Every year off-duty law enforcement officials compete with REALTORS and off-duty firefighters, who each have their own full day of bell ringing. The West Fargo Police Department will ring bells at Family Fare in West Fargo this afternoon and evening to support The Salvation Army's annual kettle campaign.
Off-duty officers will be ring bells collectively for 154 hours today around the Fargo-Moorhead area.
The competition results will be unveiled next Wednesday, December 19 at Staybridge Suites in Fargo.
