June 21 is the first official day of summer and, this year, it’s also the first 2018 West Fargo Cruise Night, sponsored by Toppers Custom Car Club. Every third Thursday of the summer months, hundreds of classic cars, motorcycles and food vendors line the streets of downtown West Fargo starting at 5 p.m.

West Fargo Cruise Night is stretches from Main Avenue W. to Seventh Avenue W. along Sheyenne Street. The 2018 Cruise Night dates are 4:30-9 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 4:30-9 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 4:30-9 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 16, and 4:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20.

New this year, VIP parking spots have relocated to the front of the Sheyenne Plaza, located at 444 Sheyenne Street. Developers working on the city’s new POW/MIA Plaza, located north of Sheyenne Plaza, hope to have the space open by the first Cruise Night to give attendees more area to gather. The food court, featuring seven different local vendors, is again located on the west side of Sheyenne Street along Second Avenue W.
