The eastbound lane of 13th Avenue will close from 8th Street W to River Street for sanitary sewer repairs beginning Monday, Aug. 28. Work is anticipated to be complete by Friday, Sept. 8, pending weather conditions.

Eastbound traffic can use 8th Street W to 7th Avenue W as a detour route. Access to the Essentia Health Baseball Complex parking lot will be maintained during this work, however drivers will be unable to turn east out of the parking lot. 

Motorists in this area may encounter congestion and delays during the morning and evening commutes and should adjust their travel plans accordingly. Always use the ‘S’ check when traveling in and around construction areas – check your speed, space and stress.
