The northbound lane of 1st Street E. at the intersection of 10th Avenue E. will close beginning Wednesday, Sept. 28, for sewer work. Repairs should be complete by Wednesday, Oct. 5, pending weather conditions.
This work is part of a core area sanitary sewer system rehabilitation project, which is replacing five aging sanitary lift stations in West Fargo’s core neighborhoods. It is vital to keep these lift stations in working condition to avoid sewer backups. This project is funded through sewer utility fees. There are no special assessments associated with this project.
Motorists may encounter delays during commute times and should adjust their travel plans. Always use the ‘S’ check when traveling in and around construction areas – check your speed, space and stress.
