The Sheyenne Street east sidewalk, from Seventh Avenue W. to 9 ½ Avenue W., will close starting Monday, April 20. The parking lane from Eighth Avenue W. to Ninth Avenue W. will also close on the east side. This closure was requested by Roers and Agassiz Underground for construction of the Housing Authority of Cass County’s new affordable housing for seniors and low-income residents.

Driving traffic will not be impacted. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured according to signage and cones during the closure.
