A public input meeting is scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 6, in the Grand Foyer of West Fargo City Hall, located at 800 Fourth Ave. E., in West Fargo. The meeting is expected to have an open house format with the possibility of being streamed online if need be, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss proposed improvements to Sheyenne Street from Main Avenue W. to Seventh Avenue W., which would include replacing underground utilities, narrowing the existing roadway width, increasing side path widths, slowing traffic, reducing access locations, building curb extensions and bulb-outs, improving lighting, and installing streetscaping components.
For the safety of the public and city employees amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of West Fargo is working to facilitate an online version of this meeting if need be. More information will be shared via City of West Fargo social media channels and website.
If you are unable to attend the public input meeting or stream online, written statements or comments must be mailed by Tuesday, April 21, 2020, to Dylan Dunn at Moore Engineering Inc., 925 10th Ave. E., West Fargo, ND 58078. Comments can also be emailed to email@example.com with “Public Input Meeting” in the email subject heading.
